A few clear terms, so everyone knows what to expect at Ili. By confirming a booking, you agree to them.

Check-in & check-out

Arrival from 16:00, departure by 11:00. Tell us your travel times and we’ll arrange the handover in person; earlier check-in or later check-out is sometimes possible on request, subject to availability.

Length of stay & season

The minimum stay is three nights. Ili is open from April to October.

Guests & occupancy

The villa sleeps up to seven. The number of guests confirmed at booking is the maximum; additional visitors, parties or events aren’t permitted without our written agreement.

Booking & payment

[To confirm your dates we ask for a deposit of X%. The balance is due X days before arrival. Payment by bank transfer. — to confirm.]

Cancellation

[Free cancellation up to X days before arrival; after that the deposit is retained (or other terms). — to confirm.]

Security deposit & damages

[A refundable damage deposit of €X may be requested before arrival.] Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during the stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Smoking

No smoking indoors. You’re welcome to smoke on the terraces and in the outdoor areas.

Pets

The pool & safety

The pool is private and unfenced, for guests’ use at their own risk. There is no lifeguard on site; please keep an eye on children at all times.

Housekeeping

The villa is fully serviced and prepared before you arrive, with fresh linen and towels. [Mid-stay cleaning or linen change every X days, or on request.] Please treat the house and its grounds with care.

Noise & neighbours

Ili sits in a quiet residential corner of Plaka. Please keep noise low late in the evening, out of respect for the neighbours.

Liability

We take care to keep the villa safe and well maintained, but we’re not responsible for personal injury or for loss of or damage to guests’ belongings, except where caused by our negligence and to the extent the law allows.
