Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit ilihomenaxos.com or send a booking request, and what we do with it. We keep it short, and only ask for what we need.
Who we are
Ili is a private villa in Plaka, Naxos, Greece. For anything to do with your data, write to info@ilihomenaxos.com. [Data controller: registered owner name & address — to add.]
What we collect
- When you use the booking form: your name, email, phone (if you give it), arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and your message.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider — such as IP address, browser and pages visited — to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site sets no tracking cookies.
Content loaded from other services
- The map on the Location page is served by CARTO and OpenStreetMap; loading it means your browser connects to those services, under their own privacy terms.
- “Get directions” links open Google Maps.
- Fonts are served from our own site — there are no calls to Google Fonts.
How we use your information
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare and manage your stay, and answer your questions. We never sell or rent your data.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent when you contact us, on taking steps to enter into a booking at your request, and on our legitimate interest in running the website securely.
Sharing
Your request reaches us by email through our email and hosting providers, who handle it on our behalf. We don’t share it further, except where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and any stay that follows, then delete them.
Your rights
Under EU and Greek law you can ask to see, correct, delete, or object to our use of your data, or to receive a copy. Email info@ilihomenaxos.com and we’ll respond. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
